• Identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools using advanced sourcing strategies • Screen and evaluate resumes against project-specific requirements • Facilitate structured interviews and provide actionable selection insights • Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation • Engage prospective contributors using persuasive communication and consultative selling skills • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends • Document and communicate findings through written reports and verbal presentations • Apply talent acquisition expertise to help train next-generation AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment • Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity • Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals • Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights • Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus
