📋 Description

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce • Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards • Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes • Manage and organize CRM data accurately • Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases • Clearly document the steps needed to complete different Salesforce workflows • Review workflows and provide feedback based on Salesforce experience • Apply Salesforce expertise to help train next-generation AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM • Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards • Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows • Good understanding of CRM data management • Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required • No prior experience in AI is required • High standard of written and verbal communication for effective collaboration in a remote environment
