📋 Description

• Own voice agent customization end to end for every firm during intake onboarding • Configure call flows, firm knowledge bases, objection handling, case-type-specific intake questions, transfer rules, staff directories, and call/lead scoring criteria • Set up phone system integrations including RingCentral and CRM/DMS handoffs including Clio Grow, Lead Docket, and Smart Advocate • Configure e-signature setup so retainers can be sent and signed while clients are on the phone • Define standards, checkpoints, sequencing, and judgment calls for fully onboarded intake • Turn operational learnings into training and documentation for CSMs and Legal Account Associates • Manage a book of intake-focused accounts, including intake-only and land-and-expand deals • Partner with CSMs, integrations engineering, and plaintiff law firms

🎯 Requirements

• J.D., or experience in a legal operations role at a plaintiffs' firm of meaningful size • Understanding of intake, including call flows, lead qualification, objection handling, and case viability • Ability to configure and iterate on AI-driven workflows • Ability to document and systematize knowledge into team playbooks • Ability to work across functions with CSMs, integrations engineering, and law firms • Direct experience with legal intake or voice AI platforms preferred • Consulting experience layered on legal or intake operations background preferred • Experience training non-technical teams on a new workflow or tool preferred
