📋 Description

• Plan, execute, validate, and optimize customer data migrations for enterprise EvenUp implementations • Partner with Solution Architects during post-sale discovery • Assess source systems such as CRMs and spreadsheets • Analyze legacy data structures and mappings • Advise customers on data cleanup and remediation strategies • Design source-to-target data mappings, transformation rules, and validation logic • Build, execute, and manage migrations using ETL tools, scripts, APIs, or database utilities • Perform trial migrations and final cutovers while ensuring data security and compliance • Develop and execute data validation plans • Confirm data integrity and support customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Provide post-migration stabilization and troubleshooting • Document migration plans and results • Contribute to internal standards and tooling improvements • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to enhance migration scalability • Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Program Managers, Product, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in data migration, data engineering, or technical implementation within enterprise SaaS environments • Experience migrating complex datasets from legacy systems to cloud platforms • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, relational data modeling, ETL processes, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and API-based data transfers • Experience working in regulated industries (legal, financial services, or healthcare) • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance • Detail-oriented problem-solving ability in fast-paced, customer-facing environments • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field • Experience with legal case management systems is a bonus • Role requires traveling to client sites across the U.S.; willingness and ability to travel up to ~35% of the year • For the country in which you will be based, visa/work permit sponsorship may be relevant for work in the United States or Canada
