📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent customer onboarding projects, managing API-based configurations and data mapping using SQL and JSON to ensure seamless connectivity. • Develop and refine standardized setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they transition into production to improve efficiency and reliability. • Coordinate closely with customer teams and internal partners across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive project health. • Track and manage project status using agile methodologies (Kanban/Jira) to ensure a high-quality and timely customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience delivering functional or technical integrations, with hands-on expertise in iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft. • Strong command of SQL, JSON, and API server-to-server integrations; experience with tools like Postman, Workbench, or Metabase is highly preferred. • Proven ability to drive agile processes and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent customer management and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into clear outcomes for stakeholders.
