📋 Description

• Drive and manage multiple assigned projects across the Enterprise team from start to finish on time • Develop and execute project plans, including stakeholder analysis, scope identification, defining deliverables, and plans for cross-functional communication, risk management, and change management • Manage the project teams’ work via Asana and ensure that actions are tracked and completed • Communicate expectations of project roles and responsibilities to project stakeholders clearly • Own the organization and documentation of all project relevant artifacts with minimal support • Develop and maintain project status reports • Capture, surface, and manage/mitigate risk while providing clear project guidance to relevant stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement on projects by optimizing workflows and project management processes • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify dependencies, support capacity planning, streamline workflows • Maintain relationships with key project stakeholders and functional leaders across Enterprise and Vertical functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, ACP) are a plus • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally at a technology company or consultancy • Advanced understanding and application of diverse project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects • Experience utilizing Asana or other project management software • Familiarity with Enterprise systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Workday, Zuora, NetSuite, etc.) a plus • Outstanding organizational and communication skills • Display high magnitude of executive presence in written communication and through presentations with stakeholders and senior leadership • Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and change management
