📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of accountability for multiple strategic payment initiatives from initiation through successful delivery • Drive accountability with cross-functional teams, ensuring commitments are met regardless of organizational level or reporting structure • Identify project risks early, proactively remove blockers, and escalate issues with mitigation plans and recommended solutions • Lead executive-level status meetings with concise updates, clear decisions, and actionable next steps • Maintain ownership of project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items • Build scalable project governance through clear plans, transparent reporting, proactive risk management, and actionable executive communications • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Lead project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary • Lead high-visibility payment initiatives spanning product, engineering, operations, customer success, and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, related field and/or PMP is preferred • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management • Experience delivering complex payment processing, merchant onboarding, or embedded payment integrations is strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency with Asana is required, including experience building project plans, managing dependencies, dashboards, reporting, automations, portfolios, and executive reporting • Comfortable presenting to Directors, Vice Presidents, and executive leadership while facilitating difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and driving decisions • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and create structure where one does not yet exist • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a rapidly changing environment • Demonstrated history of successfully delivering multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
