📋 Description
• Design and execute a bold, actionable climate policy agenda for states and the federal government • Solicit input from policy team members and translate the policy agenda into actionable work streams • Manage and coach the policy team • Integrate the Policy team seamlessly with the State and Federal teams • Establish and effectively advocate for a bold policy vision applicable across the country • Directly manage all members of the Policy team

• Full-time Senior Director, Policy Team position • Ability to serve as a critical thought partner to the Vice President, Policy in designing and executing a climate policy agenda • Ability to manage and coach the policy team • Ability to integrate policy work with State and Federal teams • Ability to directly manage all members of the Policy team
