📋 Description
• Lead work at the PJM Interconnection and surrounding Mid-Atlantic states to advance climate and clean energy goals • Lead or co-lead state-based coalitions focused on PJM advocacy • Engage with Governor’s office staff and state legislators • Coordinate closely with external technical experts • Represent Evergreen in external-facing venues, including environmental NGOs, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and PJM • Support legislative and regulatory engagement • Conduct policy research • Design and implement Evergreen’s PJM advocacy strategy • Translate complex policy issues into effective advocacy strategies and communications
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working in or around state government wholesale markets, policy, or advocacy campaigns
