📋 Description

• Oversee the copywriting team • Ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives • Sculpt big ideas that drive action through knowledge of problems, solutions and target audiences • Develop strategic, crafted writing for heavily regulated pharmaceutical projects • Use words to drive action among target audiences and teammates • Pitch creative solutions persuasively • Collaborate with multiple departments to bring messages to life across digital channels • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through continuous development, inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required • 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred • A book featuring conceptual work and smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and banners • Know-how for writing in a digital landscape, from strategy development to banners, sites and SEO • Experience with complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams • DTC pharmaceutical experience required
