📋 Description

• Lead and inspire internal and client teams toward ground-breaking marketing • Establish trustworthy relationships and serve as a collaborative role model and mentor • Own multiple accounts, including strategic goals and marketing landscape • Serve as the main client-facing Planner and strategic voice in client meetings • Evaluate the quality of client-facing deliverables produced by the Planning team • Set standards for work and lead data- and insight-driven strategies • Provide innovative thought leadership and expand the Planning team's expertise • Screen the industry for new approaches and trends • Develop new strategic approaches for problem-solving • Write and publish POVs on new solutions and advances • Apply analytical skills throughout the problem-solving process • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Account Planning experience • Extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry required • Subject matter expert for digital, media and technology marketing and advertising • Ability to understand patient journeys across multiple brands • Expertise in research, data analytics, and strategic recommendations • Clear, direct, and concise communication skills • Experience with state-of-the-art strategic approaches • Pharma advertising agency experience required
