📋 Description

• Oversee programmatic campaign optimizations and management • Identify performance trends to inform individual campaign and portfolio-wide optimizations • Support Programmatic Traders and Supervisors through collaboration on campaign success • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and lead analytics reporting • Use multiple DSPs and analytics platforms to ensure accurate setup and tracking • Lead discrepancy investigations and root-cause analysis across platforms • Support compliant, privacy-safe audience activation through identity resolution and data onboarding • Query, analyze, and interpret large datasets using advanced SQL • Serve as a programmatic point of contact for clients and translate technical details into business language • Mentor junior team members • Maintain documentation of tagging instructions, implementation status, QA results, and technical workflows • Ensure tagging, pixel implementation, and data collection/onboarding comply with HIPAA, FDA/OPDP guidance, and platform-specific healthcare advertising policies • Safeguard against inadvertent collection of protected health information in campaign tracking • Evaluate new ad tech and data partners and contribute to testing frameworks for new integrations • Stay current on identity resolution, cookieless tracking, and privacy-safe measurement alternatives • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • 3+ years of hands-on-keyboard DSP experience • Advanced SQL knowledge • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Campaign Manager • Deep understanding of data analysis and programmatic advertising fundamentals • Knowledge and experience with identity resolution and data onboarding • Experience with pixel and tag implementation, QA, and discrepancy troubleshooting • Ability to identify performance trends and translate them into campaign and portfolio optimizations • Ability to translate technical nuance into clear business language • Working knowledge of HIPAA and data-privacy considerations • Basic understanding of MLR review process and FDA/OPDP promotional guidance • Strong analytical, communication, and mentorship skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation and process rigor • Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency experience • Preferred: healthcare-specific DSPs and data partners, such as DeepIntent, Doceree, and PulsePoint • Preferred: identity resolution and data-onboarding platforms, such as LiveRamp, clean rooms, and CDPs • Preferred: evaluating and onboarding ad tech and data partners and building testing frameworks • Preferred: relevant platform certifications • Preferred: third-party verification tools, such as DoubleVerify, IAS, and MOAT • Preferred: privacy-safe measurement alternatives, such as Privacy Sandbox, Unified ID 2.0, and clean-room approaches
