📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to proposals, RFI responses, RFP responses, and related documents • Agree sales strategy for opportunities with the sales team • Run internal kickoff meetings with proposal contributors • Draft proposals and expedite requests to senior leaders for expert content • Manage proposal development timelines and internal deadlines across diverse departments • Research information for RFIs and RFPs • Create and edit client-ready proposals and related documents according to requirements and proposal standards • Liaise with Business Development and Operations staff to design proposals and edit contributed text • Maintain department tracking and update Salesforce as required • Communicate project status and escalate potential problems to department directors and senior management • Recognize and repurpose high-value content, proof points, case studies, and capabilities for future proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable ability to understand complex concepts and apply them to specific functions or tasks • Self-starter able to seek solutions and self-educate where knowledge is lacking • Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and commercialization • Previous industry-related experience • Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and deadline management skills • Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills • Ability to transform input from multiple stakeholders into clear, consistent, client-ready content • Strong content management and organizational skills • Ability to maintain reusable content libraries and identify content reuse opportunities • Ability to recognize high-value content, proof points, case studies, and capabilities for reuse • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables • Experience with content management systems, proposal automation tools, knowledge libraries, or similar platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • One year's experience working within pharmaceutical development or commercialization preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred
