📋 Description

• Create compelling and persuasive content for pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing campaigns • Translate complex medical information into engaging and accessible content • Develop big ideas based on research into problems, science, solutions, and healthcare-provider targets • Apply clinical understanding, strategy, and creative craftsmanship to regulated pharmaceutical projects • Develop messaging across digital channels, including banners, websites, SEO, email, and social content • Collaborate with account, creative, and other cross-functional teams • Editorialize complex subjects and craft compelling headlines • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, inclusive behaviors, and proactive bias management • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field required, or equivalent education and experience • Portfolio/book featuring conceptual work, smart digital executions, and email and social content samples • Ability to write across the digital landscape, from strategy development to banners, websites, and SEO • Expertise in writing medically accurate copy • Experience with complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams • Ability to editorialize complicated subjects and craft compelling headlines • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements • Strong communication skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
