📋 Description

• Provide expert legal counsel to various business units • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements • Identify, analyze, and assess legal risks and provide proactive advice • Stay abreast of relevant changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends • Collaborate effectively with other members of the Legal and Compliance function and cross-functional teams • Manage outside counsel relationships and legal expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school • 10 - 12+ years of relevant legal experience, including experience in a similar role advising on technology, AI, data, or intellectual property matters • Strong ability to assess legal issues related to AI, data, and emerging technologies • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional legal matters and drive issues to resolution • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance
