📋 Description

• Oversee and lead the development/deployment of key strategic digital product/solutions • Ensure target business benefits as part of EVERSANA’s digital growth strategy • Engage with senior executives and report on initiative state and performance • Deliver excellent business results through team efforts • Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan • Assist new business pitch preparation and presentations • Manage Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream • Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management and customer engagements • Partner with various teams to define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions • 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management (managing project managers) • Well-versed in Agile framework • 10+ years of experience with managing large-scale, cross-functional and global project teams • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in common software applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
