📋 Description

• Maintain and optimize the master social media calendar in Airtable • Establish and enforce SLAs for incoming social media requests • Manage lead times and ensure stakeholders provide assets on schedule • Act as the central intake hub for social media requests • Track statuses, follow up, and ensure content meets brand standards • Facilitate end-to-end content approval workflows and internal sign-offs • Schedule and tag content in Hootsuite • Manage the Hootsuite Inbox and engage with the community on owned channels • Optimize and maintain SOPs for social media publishing and community management • Document consistent workflows across business units • Onboard and train new team members and agency partners on Airtable and Hootsuite workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable for workflow architecture • Advanced proficiency in Hootsuite for publishing and inbox management • Proven experience creating SOPs or training documentation for digital or marketing teams • Ability to manage expectations across multiple business units and internal teams • Strong organization, deadline management, attention to detail, and accuracy • Proactive problem-solving ability to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency • No third-party candidates
