📋 Description

• Own the process of developing real, rounded, actionable, and impactful insights • Lead Directors and their teams toward strategic brilliance • Partner with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts • Shape and evolve the Strategic Planning department for changing digital-space demands • Integrate traditional marketing knowledge with digital trends and client needs • Foster collaboration across teams and departments • Mentor team members and develop future leaders • Explore innovative ways to help clients thrive in the digital world • Develop and implement strategies aligned with client goals and market trends • Maintain expertise in industry trends and best practices • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of Account Planning experience • Seasoned leader with experience leading a department or managing a large account with a sizeable team • Consensus-building ability and vision to create roadmaps guiding planning-based programs • Deep appreciation of the digital space • Practical digital activation experience required • Proven techniques to influence the planning process • Master storytelling and compelling communication style • Ability to educate, counsel, and inspire planning team members, clients, and agency personnel on emerging trends • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising required • Agency experience required • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
