📋 Description

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team • Review, process, and enter orders; provide order acknowledgements • Prepare quotes and maintain records • Respond to customer inquiries and process order changes • Generate weekly reports • Confirm accuracy of quotes and SAP entries • Support and maintain new customer setup policies and procedures • Coordinate with Operations on changes, delivery information, urgent requests, and updates • Coordinate with Quality on FA requests, quality surveys, product compliance, technical data inquiries, and audits • Participate in yearly audits as needed • Coordinate with Finance on credit requests, audits, and invoice issues • Support RMA requests, update SAP details, and coordinate credits with Finance • Assist outside Sales Directors • Train and support inside sales team on systems, processes, and procedures • Train outside Rep companies on systems and processes • Generate, maintain, and distribute POS reports for Rep commissions; submit to Finance for monthly payments • Maintain and distribute quarterly price books • Create SCD forms for special customer part requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years related experience • RFP (Request for Proposal) experience • Sales Administration experience • Customer Relationship Management skills • Quote Management experience • Order Management experience • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in team environment • Detail-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work • Commitment to core values of Leadership, Innovation, Communication, Persistence, Enthusiasm, and Respect • Ability to continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds
