• Identify customer needs, shape product priorities, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product outcomes. • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise opportunities, and ensure product decisions are informed by customer insight, business objectives, and market trends. • Maintain a prioritised product backlog with Engineering teams. • Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities. • Gather and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into product planning and decision-making.
• 3+ years of product management experience within software, SaaS, or a related environment. • Experience working within Agile product development environments. • Demonstrated ability to define, prioritise, and manage product requirements and roadmaps. • Experience using customer insight, research, and data to inform product decisions. • Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions. • Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making. • Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product discovery, validation, analysis, or workflow efficiency. • Communicates clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
