📋 Description

• Own forecasting, cash flow, and channel economics across a fast-growing, multi-channel business • Report to the SVP of Finance • Lead the FP&A team • Partner with Marketing, Product, Retail, and Ops leadership • Build DTC financial models covering cohorts, CAC/LTV, and retention-driven revenue forecasting • Manage retail P&L, consumption planning, trade forecasting, trade performance, and promotional forecasting • Analyze channel profitability by SKU, channel, and account to guide pricing, trade, and investment decisions • Own weekly and monthly cash flow and liquidity forecasting end to end • Conduct recurring cross-functional BVA and forecast reviews with Marketing, Retail, and Ops leads • Turn variance analysis into clear drivers and next steps • Model or validate financial cases for new product launches, channel expansion, and other growth investments • Build scalable, repeatable process and planning infrastructure • Contribute to Board and investor reporting • Mentor and develop team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience • Omni-channel CPG experience strongly preferred • Track record of building scalable, repeatable planning processes • Comfortable working directly in a modern data warehouse and BI tool • Genuine fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis and modeling • Experience mentoring and developing team members • Clear, concise written and verbal communication • Comfortable presenting to leadership • Experience with Metabase, Looker, Drivepoint, or a similar FP&A/BI platform (nice to have) • Comfortable writing code or scripts beyond SQL (nice to have) • Exposure to a transaction process such as M&A, PE-backed diligence, or QoE (nice to have)
