📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of AI-enabled workflow implementations across multiple parallel initiatives • Manage project plans, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions • Partner cross-functionally to operationalize AI agents and human-AI operating models • Develop sequenced rollout plans with stage gates, go/no-go criteria, monitoring, and oversight • Lead change management strategy and execution, including SOPs, job aids, training sessions, and communications • Define and track AI agent implementation performance, adoption, operational outcomes, and success metrics • Provide leadership reporting and continuous-improvement recommendations • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and working sessions • Drive accountability for stakeholder action items, decisions, and deliverables • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams on governance, compliance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements • Capture lessons learned and improve future AI agent implementations • Report to the Director, Strategic Initiatives (AI Transformation)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field • 5-7+ years of project management experience • Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled implementations and process improvement initiatives • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid), including planning, risk and issue management, and status reporting • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and present status, risks, and recommendations to operational and technical audiences • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to monitor delivery progress, adoption, and business outcomes • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Government-issued photo ID submission for identity verification • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • Preferred: Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent) • Preferred: Change management training or certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) • Preferred: Experience supporting implementations of generative AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions • Preferred: Healthcare, payer, provider, utilization management, or regulated industry experience • Preferred: Experience with process mapping, workflow design, or operational process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
