📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with a portfolio of customers and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, confident operation, and meaningful outcomes • Support customer onboarding activities, training preparation, and early adoption • Contribute to onboarding, training, and value-realization activities across the install base • Deliver onsite and virtual training on system operation, best practices, and Evolv Academy learning paths • Develop and execute proactive customer success plans • Promote adoption of MyEvolv, training content, and customer enablement resources • Conduct check-ins, performance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews • Identify at-risk accounts and help develop get-well plans • Coordinate escalations with Support, Technical Sales & Solutions, and other teams • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including contacts, milestones, health scores, and renewal context • Lead enablement activities supporting renewal readiness, stakeholder alignment, business value, and customer outcomes • Monitor customer health, usage signals, and feedback to identify and mitigate risks • Operate independently while driving scalable improvements to the customer enablement program

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building strong customer relationships • Passion for customer experience and customer enablement • Ability to travel regionally up to 25–30% of the time • Flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work remotely in the Northeast with convenient transportation access • Ability to complete Evolv product, workflow, and enablement training • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless approved for a reasonable accommodation • Ability to support customer operations outside normal business hours
