📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design across acquisition surfaces, including landing pages, RFI qualification flows, PLG tools, and onboarding mechanics • Own top-of-funnel user experiences that convert high-intent traffic into retained operators and owners • Partner with product, performance marketing, and product marketing to improve conversion without harming lead quality • Prototype and ship experiments quickly using AI-native workflows • Lower CPL and CPMQL and improve lead-to-signup conversion • Design modular landing page templates and CMS components • Enable Growth and marketing partners to launch pages and flows without a design bottleneck • Use funnel data, stakeholder feedback, and user research to identify and prevent drop-offs and improve retention • Use behavioral analytics and user feedback to remove friction and optimize the customer journey across web and mobile

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience • Strong portfolio showing landing and campaign pages, onboarding flows, and shipped conversion wins • Experience at high-growth B2C, B2B, or tech-enabled services companies • Ability to build high-performing pages or flows and explain why they work • Mastery of Figma, visual design, interaction design, responsive design, and web performance • Comfort working quickly and iterating alongside engineers and PMs • Experience working in the codebase with GitHub and AI coding agents • Ability to set up tests with feature flags and experimentation tools • Comfort using funnel metrics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and qualitative insights • Customer-obsessed, fast-paced, growth mindset • Must live in an approved U.S. location; hiring is available anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii • E-Verify participation applies to all positions
