📋 Description

• Create event strategies and manage event logistics • Plan and manage the company events calendar • Research and secure event venues • Coordinate with key event stakeholders to achieve event objectives • Manage event budgets and related reports • Brainstorm and implement event plans, concepts, and enhancements • Maintain budgeting and invoicing for event-related expenses • Liaise and negotiate with vendors • Update senior management on event plans • Manage event branding and communications to staff, attendees, and stakeholders • Manage event registration and sponsorship landing pages • Solve problems and find effective solutions when unexpected hurdles or changes occur • Develop event feedback surveys and process feedback after events • Handle post-event reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience planning and managing corporate events • Ability to travel; travel can range from 30-50% at times • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once • Ability to coordinate with different vendors • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate well with the entire event staff • Incredibly detail oriented • Amazing time management skills • Expert level interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with event vendors and sponsors • Project management experience • Highly organized • Proficiency in various event management software • Risk management experience
