📋 Description

• Lead and execute advanced power system studies, including ampacity, short circuit, grounding, harmonics, and transient studies • Serve as a technical expert and project leader • Ensure accuracy, quality, and innovation in project deliverables • Partner with internal teams and clients to translate analysis into solutions for grid modernization and renewable integration • Mentor and train engineers • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic power-studies initiatives • Work on renewable energy and grid projects across the country

🎯 Requirements

• Technical mastery in power system modeling using ETAP, CYMCAP, WinIGS, CDEGS, EMTP, or PSCAD • Strong understanding and practical application of IEEE, ICEA, NFPA, NEC, and ANSI standards • Analytical and programming experience using Excel, MathCAD, and Python (preferred) • PE license strongly preferred • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
