📋 Description

• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options. • Assist with plan enrollment and transitions. • Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations. • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines. • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Holds valid health insurance license. • Can provide proof of release for any requested carrier contract. • Current plan year AHIP certification. • Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue • Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations. • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
