📋 Description

• Review medical records and identify key details • Turn details into clear, well-written summaries • Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports • Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales for recommendations • Verify compliance with client specifications and state mandates • Identify inconsistencies within reports and obtain clarification • Assist in resolution of client complaints and quality assurance issues • Ensure adherence to federal ERISA and state mandates • Provide insight and direction to management on consultant quality

🎯 Requirements

• Nursing license • Professional writing experience preferred • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values • Mathematical ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide) • Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet • Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation and style • Ability to follow instructions and respond to upper management’s directions accurately • Strong accuracy and thoroughness • Ability to work independently and prioritize work activities • Maintain confidentiality • Positive team-oriented environment
