📋 Description
• Follow through with the Plan of Care by observing and assessing patient’s body systems. • Maintain continuity of services to ensure good coordination of care. • Participate in Staff meetings and In-Service Reviews. • Provide thorough and ongoing clinical education for the staff. • Deliver outstanding and personalized customer service.
🎯 Requirements
• Active LVN License in the state of CA. • Dependable Transportation, Current Driver’s License and auto Insurance. • Current CPR • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position. • TB testing. • Annual Flu Vaccinations
