📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow platform development for a major government healthcare organization • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business rules • Build integrations with government enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub • Develop Service Portal pages and widgets for user interface • Create and maintain data import/export processes for data reconciliation • Implement role-based access controls and security configurations • Develop automated testing using ServiceNow ATF • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • 4+ years on ServiceNow platform • Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub • Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API development skills • Experience with healthcare IT systems and data standards preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
