📋 Description

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget for NetSuite adaptation projects • Serve as the main point of contact for ERP questions and support across the globe • Communicate with key stakeholders for the North American market • Promote solutions and processes in adherence with the NetSuite CORE global design philosophy • Identify legacy processes and design where significant operational improvement can be implemented • Provide project plans by synthesizing information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and implementation roadmap • Understand the usage and consumption of Data in the company’s ERP (NetSuite) • Monitor project milestones and deliverables • Set and deliver key performing indicators and service level agreements • Adhere to and reinforce the ERP projects’ Finance and IT Data Governance policies • Participate in onboarding subsidiaries with legacy systems and newly acquired companies onto the NetSuite CORE global ERP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field • 5 years of experience • ERP Implementation experience in functional areas and End to End processes covered by ERP • Documentation of functional and technical specifications • Finance and accounting skills • Application documentation, training development and training delivery
