📋 Description

• Coach middle school, high school, and college students in planning, organization, time management, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and follow-through • Partner with parents and caregivers in family team meetings to review progress, align goals, and create practical support strategies • Facilitate weekly planning and accountability groups • Guide families through IEP and 504 accommodations, educational planning, and school collaboration • Manage a caseload of students with diverse learning, executive functioning, and behavioral profiles • Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers • Conduct discovery calls with prospective families, explain services, and recommend appropriate support • Support referral outreach, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives depending on hours • Contribute to special projects and other duties assigned by the Founder & CEO • Receive training directly from the Founder & CEO and contribute to delivery of the Coaching Program

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Special Education (or a closely related field) • Experience working with middle school, high school, and/or college students with ADHD, learning differences, autism, and executive function challenges • Confidence, warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of humor • Ability to work with complex, resistant, or struggling students while remaining patient, creative, and solution-focused • Exceptional personal executive function skills, including organization, prioritization, meeting deadlines, and proactive communication • Outstanding communication skills with students, parents, schools, and colleagues • Comfortable leading one-on-one coaching sessions, group classes, family meetings, IEP and 504 consultations, and discovery calls • Responsive, dependable, and committed to an exceptional client experience • Willingness to receive feedback and engage in continuous learning • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and contribute wherever needed • Ability to work in a growing entrepreneurial company where flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving are valued • Candidates must be located in the United States • Consistent availability during Pacific Time coaching hours • Private, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and necessary technology
