📋 Description

• Generate your own pipeline from an existing network and personal prospecting • Meet with business owners, uncover their goals, and enroll them as Exit Factor clients • Deliver one-to-one consulting sessions using the Exit Factor system • Own client relationships from the first conversation through final engagement • Help small and mid-sized business owners increase profit, efficiency, and overall value so they are prepared to sell • Conduct business assessments and apply Exit Factor’s proprietary Optimize, Record, Transform, and Exit framework

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in business consulting, coaching, B2B sales, financial services, or a similar field where you built and closed your own pipeline • Existing network of business owners or referral sources reachable in the first 30 days • Track record of earning on commission or running your own practice • Prior business ownership is a strong plus • Comfortable selling a high-value professional service by phone and in person • Ability to manage your own pipeline, follow-up, and client delivery • Motivated by clear goals and honest feedback • St. Louis, Missouri metro residents only • 1099 independent contractor status
