📋 Description

• Evolve existing standard and non-standard analytic services to meet quality and service objectives • Develop, evolve, deploy, and manage analytic and reporting services and processes • Ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations • Ensure internal and external reporting is accurate, thoroughly tested, utilized by core technology, and delivered through EXL Health-defined channels • Serve as steward for client-facing analytic and reporting needs • Manage project and program objectives and specifications • Coordinate and prioritize analytic projects, including client communication, planning, and operational process-flow identification • Plan, manage, and execute projects within targeted timelines • Perform advanced data analytics, including performance monitoring, query development, opportunity assessments, and trend identification • Deliver analytic insights, interpretations, and recommendations in a professional, customer-focused manner • Review analytic deliverables, resolve data issues, and recommend investigations • Implement service improvements and provide program recommendations to internal and external departments • Operationalize analytic and reporting services, policies, and procedures using Excel, SSRS, and Tableau • Design, develop, evolve, and implement processes and procedures supporting governance compliance • Propose new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and enhance the reporting platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or Masters equivalent experience in mathematics, economics, or statistics • 3–6 years of experience writing SQL, Python, or Hive code • Experience with Azure Databricks and query development • Knowledge of databases and automated reporting structures is a plus • Knowledge of analytical tools and platforms is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written and communication skills • Experience working with customer representatives and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to plan and design analytic activities • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems • Strong SQL/Python skills for efficient and accurate SQL-driven reporting • Ability to optimize analytic systems and manage interrelationships among system components • Ability to manage, lead, and enable change across people, processes, and technology • Preferred: master's degree in Statistics/Bio-Statistics, Actuarial Science, Epidemiology, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
