📋 Description

• Complete client and vendor work for registrations, renewals, code violations and de-registrations • Maintain a daily portfolio and update production logs, databases and client systems • Determine and handle property registration • Support daily interaction with clients and maintain close business relationships • Respond to client emails in a timely and consistent manner, including within two hours • Gather tasks from the daily portfolio and filter them against the registration database • Determine registration by reviewing loan history and client systems of record • Determine the municipality where a property is located, registration eligibility and single-posting requirements • Complete property registration forms and compile required supporting documents • Request checks from Accounting and create billing and signage work orders • File registration packets and coordinate signatures • Monitor renewals and complete re-registration according to client and municipality guidelines • Review loan histories, FieldScape and client systems for code violations • Prepare and send code-violation documentation to clients • Review records for de-registrations, collect municipal documentation and submit de-registration packets • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Previous office and computer experience required, specifically Microsoft systems • Excellent communication skills required • Strong PC, typing and internet navigation skills required • Strong verbal and written communication required • Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills required • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred • Knowledge of property management, construction, and property insurance preferred • Mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge and/or experience preferred • Basic understanding of local laws and ordnances regarding property condition a plus • Completion of client registration, guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training, and side by side training required • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future • Monday-Friday availability; multiple shifts available
