📋 Description

• Perform desktop and field appraisal assignments • Provide desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements • Provide quality review appraisals and handle quality control escalations • Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports • Troubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve complex quality control escalations with field appraisers and lender clients • Assist on valuation projects • Meet established client-driven turn times and high-quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation • Certified real estate appraiser in California; only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers considered • No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted • High School Diploma/GED required • Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of coverage areas • Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft software products • Ability to work independently • Commitment to development of quality appraisal products • Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future • Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles / Los Angeles County, California • Appraisal expertise in Los Angeles / Los Angeles County, California
