• Build and lead the operating system that fuels revenue growth • Implement a disciplined Lean management approach to eliminate waste and variability • Integrate AI and intelligent automation as a force multiplier • Ensure initiatives create capacity for reinvestment in growth • Launch the team and methodology within Operations • Scale outward across Sales, Client Services, Finance, Compliance, and other functions • Serve as the authority for Lean and AI applications across the business
🎯 Requirements
• Ten (10+) years leading operations, process excellence, or business transformation • Direct experience designing and running Lean/continuous-improvement programs at scale • Demonstrated success integrating AI and intelligent automation into operational workflows • Experience operating in a high-growth or scaling business • Proven matrixed leadership • Track record building and leading a lean, high-performing team • Strong change management orientation • Executive-level communication skills • Financial and analytical fluency • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field required • MBA or advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean/continuous-improvement certification preferred
