📋 Description

• Support clients and radiologists while actively managing teleradiology workflow • Monitor the live study queue and ensure studies are interpreted within contracted turnaround times • Manage radiologist workload, case assignments, coverage gaps, and workflow adjustments • Triage inbound calls and chats from centers • Make outbound calls regarding positive or critical findings and needed study information • Communicate with radiologists and internal teams regarding rereads, missing information, and coverage • Provide Level I support and submit IT tickets when needed • Monitor auto-assign rules and manually assign specialty cases • Gather client inquiry information and coordinate timely resolution with appropriate departments • Interpret SOPs and internal resources and stay current on process updates • Monitor clinical addenda, radiologist attendance, schedules, worklists, aging studies, and outstanding study dates • Enter radiologist schedules into the PACS system • Document schedule changes and key updates in end-of-shift reports • Adjust queue sizes, staff unscheduled PTO shifts, and support operations or communications functions when serving as Weekend Manager • Manage radiologist privileges, outreach, scheduling gaps, unassigned studies, and reporting during Weekend Manager/workflow shifts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four years of related experience in basic computer skills, clerical work, help desk call center environment, or customer service • Three years PACS experience • Excel experience • Proficient in Outlook • Ability to travel • Regular availability Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Eastern Time
