During the 2022-2023 school year, EXP programs are made available to more than 8,200 high school students in 13 Southern California high schools across 5 school districts. Our success depends on our unique ability to bring industry and schools together to solve problems and overcome obstacles that prevent students' access to education, experience and opportunities. More than 400 industry leaders serve as EXP volunteers, mentors and internship hosts each year. By helping schools and industry work together, EXP is changing how society prepares students for life and bringing genuine opportunity to every young person we can reach.

• Participate in the execution, design, and CAD drafting of bridge and civil-structure construction and rehabilitation projects • Collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality projects • Ensure deadlines and the quality of deliverables are met • Perform any other related tasks as required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in bridges and civil structures • College diploma (DEC) in Civil Engineering • Proficient in AutoCAD • Knowledge of OpenBridge Modeler and MicroStation considered an asset • Familiarity with bridge design standards and technologies and with the requirements of the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) • Fluent in French with functional English • Autonomous, resourceful, responsible, and organized • Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
