📋 Description

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population • Diagnose patients and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform • Deliver outcomes-focused care emphasizing caregiver engagement • Complete documentation accurately and on time • Participate in required training and team communication • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure continuity of care

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number • Licensed in a key state or willing to obtain licensure prior to start date • Candidates must hold a Virginia state license • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations • Minimum 7 hours of total availability per week • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
