📋 Description

• Own and identify innovative strategies across the revenue waterfall to grow and recover revenue with client-facing teams • Build data-backed talk tracks and narratives for Revenue teams to optimize and grow existing partnerships • Use testing, Monte Carlo simulations, and/or machine learning models to support client-facing insights • Test optimization ideas, prove their effectiveness with data, and influence backend Product and Engineering teams to implement them • Own, refine, and improve data pipelines • Define data structures and leverage advanced tracking methodologies to uncover revenue opportunities • Set the standard for analytical thinking and excellence on the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product data science or consulting with a strong emphasis in strategic thinking and a track record of driving business impact • Solid statistical foundations: experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and modeling • Previous experience working with backend Product and Engineering teams on implementing product roadmaps • Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github • Hands-on Snowflake and dbt (or close equivalents) • Intellectually curious and willing to think beyond the revenue organization • Empathetic, humble, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and high ownership in a remote-first team • Excited about AI tools such as Claude and Gemini • Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field • Must not require immigration-related sponsorship
