📋 Description

• Develop advanced GUI functionality • Develop advanced Trigger Scripts • Develop intermediate external REST API scripts • Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks • Develop strategies to acquire high-value data from the wire • Profile industry-specific applications across multiple verticals • Create technical assets and written collateral for product improvement and marketing • Conduct root cause analysis of high-profile technology problems • Advise customers on issue resolution • Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend the ExtraHop platform • Develop customized real-time data analysis • Create rich data visualizations for tactical investigations and strategic objectives • Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes • Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience • BS degree or equivalent • Experience in customer-facing positions • Understanding of core networking principles (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model) • Understanding of application protocols including HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, and DNS • Familiarity with internet-worked applications and related technologies, including HTTP, databases, caching, and distributed systems • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written communication skills • Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership
