📋 Description

• Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in partnership with cross-functional marketing teams • Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations • Ensure Marketo platform health and performance optimization • Support MarTech integrations connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms • Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations • Maintain documentation and provide enablement and training for AI agent adoption, Marketo configurations, and integrations • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and the Marketo platform • Provide timely support to marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems • 2–3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience • Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js • Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization • Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
