📋 Description

• Execute Alliance resale program activity with the Global Alliance Resale Leader and Regions Leadership • Support business teams in navigating EY’s Resale Policies and procedures • Facilitate across Risk Management, Legal, and internal business teams to lower resale risk and improve resale enablement • Coordinate and execute resale programs and transactions with EY Account teams, Alliance Leadership, Risk Management, Legal, and resale partners • Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal, and business teams to evaluate and establish Reseller Agreements and programs • Coordinate programmatic aspects of resale programs with Resellers and the EY Alliance Management team • Enable local countries to onboard new resale relationships • Enable business teams to execute individual resale transactions • Educate account teams on executing resale transactions • Collaborate with Regions Ecosystem Leaders to streamline resale processes and promote awareness • Work closely with Independence to ensure compliance • Coordinate virtually with team members across global regions and undertake minimal travel

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in resale management or strategic program oversight for a technology or professional services company • Ability to manage contract management, governance oversight, and operational support activities • Strong relationship-building, networking, and influence-management skills • Ability to balance evaluating and building new resale contracts with running existing programs and transactions • Evidence of success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Highly credible communication skills • Excellent organization and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Ability to work independently and communicate progress and challenges • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt approach when working with people of different personalities, cultures, and working styles • Ability to work with Risk Management, Legal, Independence, Alliance Leadership, account teams, and resale partners
