📋 Description

• Gather data and information to understand current-state processes through client interviews and process walkthroughs • Analyze, understand, optimize and/or redesign end-to-end Finance processes and related technology • Prepare and support automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning • Research and collect relevant information and knowledge from internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations • Describe Finance Policies and improve Finance Data & Standards • Work toward implementing enhancements within Finance Performance Management • Support determining the digital Finance strategy • Design the Finance Operating Model and establish Finance Governance for CFO offices • Assist Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners in proposal development • Attend and participate in internal Finance-related trainings and complete assigned web-based learning • Develop positive relationships with peers, supervisors and counselors

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably Finance or Accounting • Relevant experience in Finance transformation, process improvement, or consulting is preferred • Knowledge of ERP systems and functionalities is desirable • Understanding of major Finance business processes, including order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
