📋 Description

• Execute Microsoft Financial Services alliance strategy and objectives in alignment with Microsoft Global Alliance priorities and EY Financial Services sector growth agenda • Facilitate senior Microsoft and EY Financial Services relationships and program management for strategic sector opportunities • Accelerate field engagement and drive action across alliance initiatives • Drive disciplined governance with clear accountability across global service lines, practices, sectors, priority accounts, regions, and Microsoft counterparts • Provide actionable pipeline, performance, account activation, and market insights to Microsoft Alliance executives and EY Financial Services leadership • Support identification, development, and activation of Microsoft priority solutions and partner programs across Financial Services • Deliver alliance intelligence through financial reporting, Microsoft impact/influence analysis, sector pipeline visibility, and account activation insights • Identify and activate priority Financial Services accounts, supporting business plans, executive relationship mapping, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Drive compliance with internal policies, independence requirements, alliance governance, and commercial requirements • Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communications teams on sector-specific messaging, sales collateral, and campaign materials • Partner with regional alliance, sector, account, and BMC leaders on Financial Services alliance marketing and enablement activities • Contribute content, knowledge sharing, market insights, and leading practices to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network • Coordinate with global and regional teams and travel based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support • Deep Financial Services industry knowledge, including Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management • Understanding of business, regulatory, risk, data, AI, and technology trends shaping Financial Services transformation • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, and Copilot • Ability to translate Financial Services client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays, joint go-to-market activities, pipeline acceleration, and priority account activation • Experience in alliance management, business development, go-to-market activation, or sector-led growth in a technology or professional services company • Evidence of success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent organization and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales, pipeline activation, and revenue outcomes • Preferred: experience working across regions in a global alliance, partner, or ecosystem-led sales model • Preferred: experience working in the Financial Services sector • Preferred: relevant Microsoft or enterprise technology certifications • Ability to work independently and communicate progress and challenges • Ability to escalate complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and working styles
