📋 Description

• Lead or support Finance Technology and EPM transformation engagements across budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial consolidation, close and management reporting • Facilitate client workshops, assess current-state processes and translate business requirements into functional and solution designs • Design EPM capabilities including planning models, drivers, allocations, scenarios, workflows, consolidation logic, reporting and data requirements • Support end-to-end EPM implementations from requirements and design through testing, data migration, deployment, user enablement and post-go-live support • Work with Finance, IT and technical teams to integrate EPM solutions with ERP and enterprise data platforms • Advise clients on Finance/EPM operating models, process improvements, governance and technology roadmaps • Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies and client stakeholders • Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to practice capability development • Support proposals, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, EPM assessments and other business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of one or more Finance domains, including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation, close, management reporting or performance management • Experience delivering Finance Transformation or EPM projects, ideally within consulting, professional services or a complex enterprise environment • Functional or techno-functional experience with one or more EPM platforms such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle FCCS, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning/BPC or similar platforms • Ability to translate Finance requirements into practical business processes and technology solutions • Understanding of Finance data, ERP/EPM integration, testing and implementation methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to engage effectively with both senior Finance stakeholders and technology teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders and deliver presentations and workshops • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline • Senior Associate: Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, EPM or Finance Technology • Senior Associate: Experience supporting end-to-end EPM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration and deployment • Senior Associate: Ability to work directly with Finance and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical EPM solutions • Manager: Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, EPM or Finance Technology, including experience leading workstreams or engagements • Manager: Proven ability to lead functional solution design, manage delivery teams and oversee project deliverables, risks and dependencies • Manager: Experience engaging and advising senior client stakeholders
