📋 Description
• Collaborate with customers and peers for Workday HCM configuration and support • Serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert advising teams on functionality • Analyze interdependencies between Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll • Design and configure Workday Business Processes to streamline workflows • Develop comprehensive test plans for Workday updates and lead UAT sessions
🎯 Requirements
• 6-7 years of functional/technical experience with Workday HCM modules • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or similar major • Deep expertise in Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll business processes • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel • Proactive ability to identify system gaps
