📋 Description

• Lead and support a pod of financial planners • Help planners navigate organizational updates and align daily execution with company goals • Conduct regular 1:1s and quality reviews • Coach planners on member communication and empathetic relationship management • Advise the pod on calendar management and member relationships • Handle complex member escalations and compliance issues • Ensure adoption of Facet’s planning methodology, tools, and proprietary technology platform • Partner with Planning Leadership to resolve business challenges and create long-term growth plans • Maintain a portfolio of 50–100 members • Deliver personalized financial planning • Onboard 1–2 members monthly as live teaching opportunities • Manage personal tasks, schedule, and member load efficiently • Drive member activation, positive feedback, quality scores, pod NPS, and numeric performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• CFP® designation • 7+ years of comprehensive financial planning experience • Consistently maintained a high quality score in both personal planning and team development • 3+ years of experience coaching and developing high-performing planners • Planning expertise in equity compensation, tax, estate planning, and debt refinancing • Experience in a financial services startup • Ability to adapt to evolving service models • Ability to move people through resistance points and provide the “nudge” required for behavior change
