📋 Description
• Provide high-energy, professional, and empathetic support across phone, email, chat, and live video via Zoom • Manage a high volume of member inquiries with responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through • Optimize calendar availability for live member calls and seamless booking • Document user pain points from live interactions and partner with Product and Engineering to solve root issues • Contact members reporting less-than-ideal experiences to listen, learn, and improve their experience • Guide members through platform navigation, billing structures, and investment support workflows • Provide technical walkthroughs and help members navigate their financial future
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience managing a high-volume queue in a client-facing support role via Phone, Zoom, and Email • Experience working with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Broker-Dealer, or Wirehouse is preferred • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Confident using screen-sharing tools and modern help desk software, including Salesforce Service Cloud • Ability to translate complex brokerage terminology and investment concepts into simple, actionable terms • Resilient, self-started mindset with extreme ownership of the queue • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
